Little Dragons

This program is designed to introduce our youngest students to the structure and spirit of traditional Japanese karate. The focus is on learning how to follow instructions, build self-control, and develop coordination in a safe and engaging setting.

Students practice simple techniques and routines while learning the values of respect, effort, and listening. Each class includes age-appropriate games and activities to keep students engaged and having fun with their peers while they develop confidence, discipline, and leadership skills.

Foundations

The Foundations class is where we begin developing the characteristics essential to any quality karateka: integrity, mental resilience, physical endurance, the ability to lead and be led, and respect for themselves and those around them.

Through focused instruction in key skills, technique, coordination, stamina, and controlled sparring, students strengthen both body and mind. Every class is designed to challenge, support, and inspire, giving students active opportunities to develop their character and leadership skills.

Teens & Adults

This class offers a challenging and rewarding path for teens and adults ready to train with focus and purpose. Whether you're brand new or returning with experience, all students are met where they are—and pushed to grow.

It’s also where students engage with the deeper body of knowledge offered by our dojo, passed down through generations of Shitoryu masters including our Sensei, Shihan Luis Sanchez. No matter your starting point, this class is designed to help you grow steadily in skill, confidence, and understanding.
